SBDM Council Meeting of 26 March 2026

The Municipal Manager of Sarah Baartman District Municipality, Ms. Unathi Daniels, as duly instructed by the Speaker of Council, Cllr Gaga, hereby gives NOTICE in terms of section 29 (1) the Local Government Structures Act 117 of 1998 and section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No 32 of 2000) of the following Council meeting, to which stakeholders and interested parties are invited:

          First Sitting of the Ordinary Council Meeting to be held in the Council Chamber 6th Floor, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Gqeberha on Thursday, 26 March 2026, at 11:00, at which the following will be presented to Council:

 

  • Annual report for 2024/2025 financial year and related Oversight report
  • Draft Reviewed Integrated Development Plan for the 2026/2027 financial year, and
  • Draft Operating and Capital Budget for the 2026/2027 financial year.
