NOTICE OF SBDM COUNCIL MEETING ON 31 JANUARY 2025

The Municipal Manager of Sarah Baartman District Municipality, Ms Unathi Daniels, as duly instructed by the Speaker of Council, Cllr Nomhle Gaga, hereby gives NOTICE in terms of section 29 (1) of the Local Government Structures Act 117 of 1998 and section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No 32 of 2000) of the following Council meeting, to which stakeholders and interested parties are invited:

          Council Meeting to be held in the Council Chamber 6^th Floor, Standard Bank Building, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Gqeberha on Friday, 31 January 2025 at 11:00, at which the following will be presented to the Council :

·         Sarah Baartman District Municipality Draft Annual Report – 2023/2024 Financial Year

·         Mid-Year Budget and Performance Assessment Report (December 2024)

·         SDBIP Performance (Mid-year) Report - 2024/2025 Financial Year
