1. Application, Jurisdiction, Services and You

• 1.1 Rights and Responsibilities of Users, at Pace we define a user as any customer of any of our products, client of our services, purchaser of our goods and holder of any of our licenses. As a user whether you are a natural person, organization, non legal entity or informal grouping we provide you with support via our social media channels and email. You have a right as a user to the protection of your information, personal safety and privacy. Our privacy policy describes how we use, maintain and disperse data accross our goods, products and services and may be considered in addendum to these terms. Should you be a subscriber of a Pace product or holder of an active license the terms of that product supercede the terms described herewith. Should you purchase goods from Pace Online you will be considered a user for up to one calendar year after purchase by default. You can delete your data at any time in line with out privacy policy.
• 1.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Recourse, all use of Pace goods and services must be legal according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Pace Online (PTY) LTD is a legal entity registered in the Republic of South Africa under the registration 2012/223697/07 and conducts all of its business under the laws applicable in South Africa without prejudice. Should any user require data from Pace or any other action from Pace Online in order to facilitate a legal undertaking or comply with specific laws they may petition Pace Online by contacting its information officers as per our privacy policy.
• 1.3 Service, all users have a right to access services from Pace Online for as long as they are not in violation of the terms and conditions stated herewith, not in breach of any contract with Pace Online and within the term of any Service Level Agreement with Pace Online. Any agreements between Pace Online and another party should be considered as addendum to these terms and conditions and any clauses that appear in those agreements take precendence over the terms stipulated herewith. Non payment for services is considered a breach of these terms and users in arrears are NOT ENTITLED to services. Any behaviour, that violates the rights and dignity of other users, constitutes bigotry, racism or prejudice is considered a breach of these terms and may result in Pace Online withdrawing services from offending users without refund.

2. Code of Conduct

• 2.1 One User One Account
• 2.2 User Generated Content profanity, vulgarity, or explicit content. For example: "masking" by using alternative characters/spellings and spaces to get around profanity filters, leet-speak, and combinations of words that produce an offensive result (e.g. ura hugeazz, Tow El Head) "filter testing" discussion of or in-character enactments of "cybering" or sexually explicit material discussion of or in-character enactments of graphic violence hate speech (e.g. racial, ethnic, sexist, homophobic and religious slurs) promotion of or engaging in certain illegal activities, For example: drugs, drug paraphernalia, rape or solicitation of a minor, computer hacking, and copyright violation harassment of another specific person (e.g. persistent flaming or continued personal attacks on the boards or "in-character harassment" without prior out-of-character permission.) trolling or baiting by putting to the screen inflammatory statements designed to elicit a negative response from the community spamming through repeated posts, or off-topic content by word or intent to boards or lists (e.g. scrolling, flooding, polling, or by "bumping" a boards post more than once in 48 hours) No useless posts. This includes: Thread bumping, useless one liners, Flamewars, Trolling and Spamming. What is spamming? Read this. advertising or promoting a business or commercial site without the permission of the CBCT impersonation of another person, site staff or CBCT member by either screen name or self-representation (e.g. faking a screen name by using similar-looking characters, "spoofing" speech in a chat room, or claiming to hold an official title or position relating to the site or using a CBCT avatar frame) reregistering a banned username, a variation of a banned name, or declarations under a new screen name that you are "really" the banned name or attempts to resubscribe under another address after being put on REVIEW by the moderator. off-topic posts or thread hijacking.
• 2.3 Disciplinary Procedures:Banning and suspension of accounts without refund.

• License Terms and Periods: Pivotal ERP is a cloud based software product owned by Pace Online (PTY) LTD. Users of Pivotal ERP or Pivotal can view their license details from the account section of their profiles while they are logged into the software. Pivotal licenses are valid for specific periods or different features and a user may hold more than one license at a time. The onus is on the user to ensure that they maintain an active license, including online payment, offline payment, license sharing and support requests. Cancellation of Pivotal Licenses
